It is the time it takes from the date all techno commercial matters are clear to the date the date the goods are ready to leave factory. It does not include the travel time to get your order to destination (transit time).

You can send us by email or bulk mailing system all artwork design files. If required, secure server link can be provided to deposit the same. The artworks should be for PC/Mac format in Corel Draw 17/X7 or Adobe Illustrator CC 17. The images/picture used shall be in tif or psd format files in high resolution (minimum 300dpi). Text matter (if possible) should be provided separately else converted to curves Or with outlines created. Used fonts should be provided. For Shade matching; pls provide reference Solid coated Pantone numbers else printed samples which we will try to be close to, within tolerances.

We pride ourselves on our printing & development capabilities. If you already have a product design ready, you can submit it to our team and request our Marketing team for value addition. Our internal teams will study your requirement and make suggestions/proposals for your acceptance.

Also, we are constantly updating products, so, please call/email us with your requirements and we will be glad to check and revert. We will also provide you with a targeted PPT presentation and specific/relevant samples.

The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents, or copyrights on any design or copy provided for print.

We offer a very high level of secure handling. As in any industry, Confidentiality agreement can be signed. Further, data transfer is via best of security methods, data is covered immediately after printing and packing is in required secure manner and material management is in place. You are free to share your security requirements for our confirmation.

As in any industry, the product expectations being in terms of printing, material (outsourced), scratch property, packaging etc, a 99.99% satisfaction can be targeted. Any changes sought can be improved in subsequent lots or samples approved as a reference.

We customize and do print personalisation. Beyond that, we can provide the following for your personalisation:

Yes, please call/email us your requirement details and we will contact well known raw material suppliers for meeting the specs. We may also offer alternate via samples for your test & approval. Else we will be glad to talk to you about any development possibility or let you know if its not viable.

The “shelf life” of a label depends on the type of label you’ve purchased. Storage conditions also play a large role in an adhesive’s shelf life. In general, adhesives are guaranteed for about one year. Alternatively, we may approach the raw material suppliers if there is any special requirement.

It depends on the image you want to project, the artwork you have or would like created, where it will be used and your budget.
Here are some tips that my help you with your decision: Metallic Foil labels typically have a more expensive look. If your products or services need to reflect that image, then these are the labels for you. However, there are a limited number of foil imprints available, so matching a specific color is not possible. If you want to use spot colors, PANTONE colors, screens, duotones, etc. then the ink label would better serve your needs. This process is better if your artwork has fine detail or small text, too. You may also combine the Ink and Metallic Foil processes to create a Dual-Process label which is very eye catching and uses the best of both processes! Call or email us with samples for pricing.

Full color labels should be used if your art involves a picture, if you would like a photographic look, if there is fine detail printing required, if there are multiple colors, if there are many different copies, or combinations of these factors. Keep in mind, full color labels are not recommended for outdoor use.

When you open a food plastic/glass jar or motor oil can, you can see an aluminum foil sealing the mouth of the container. If you peep inside the cap, you will see a paper board piece. Actually, an Induction sealing wad is a multilayer construction with aluminum foil+wax+board which is cut into required round shape and used for sealing containers using induction technology. After sealing the foil sticks to the container mouth and the board remains inside the cap.
Lidding foils are aluminum foils or golden colour foils one sees on removing cap of yogurt or flavored milk or fruit juice jars or bottles. We print it and cut it and supply it to packers who use it to seal containers. This is sealed by heat sealing not induction sealing technology. Lidding foils do not have paper or foam backing piece but in only foil with sealing layer.

Induction sealing is a superior sealing technology due to following:
